While our belts are handcrafted to your unique design, we understand that issues may arise. Here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

✅ Eligible for 100% Refund (With Return of Item)

You may claim a full refund (including shipping costs, if applicable) only in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., incorrect engraving, structural flaws, or significant damage).
• Wrong item shipped (if the product does not match your order).
• Replica belts that do not meet advertised quality standards.

Requirements:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.
• Return the item in its original condition (unworn, unused) at your expense (unless the error was ours).
• Once received and inspected, we will process your 100% refund within 5-7 business days.

❌ Non-Refundable Cases

• Buyer’s remorse (change of mind after production begins).
• Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., slight color differences due to screen settings).

2. Cancellations & Modifications

• You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started.
• After 24 hours, no cancellations/changes are allowed, as materials and labor are already in progress.

3. Shipping & Damaged Items

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
