Payment information

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our site, we and our service providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and how you arrived at our site. This is done through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).

• Our production workshop, which receives your order and design details so it can handcraft your belt.
• Stripe, our payment provider, to process your payment.
• Shipping carriers (such as UPS, DHL or FedEx) to deliver your order.
• Website and technology providers that host and secure our site and handle our email and invoices.
• Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta) that help us measure site traffic and run ads.
• Review platforms (such as Trustpilot) if you choose to leave a review.
• Authorities, only when required by law.

05International data transfers

We are a US registered company, and our belts are handcrafted at our production workshop in Pakistan. This means your information may be processed in the United States, Pakistan and other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have different data protection laws than your own.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we transfer your information outside your country because it is necessary to fulfil the order you place with us, and our major service providers use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We only share what is needed and take reasonable steps to keep it protected.

06Your designs and photos

Logos, photos and artwork you send us are used only to make your belt. We may share photos of finished belts on our website and social media to showcase our work.

08How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, which is usually up to 7 years. Design files and messages are kept for as long as needed to complete your order and handle any reorders or support requests, after which they are deleted.

• Correct information that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your information.
• Object to or limit how we use it, or withdraw your consent.
• Opt out of marketing emails at any time.

10How we protect your information

Our site uses SSL encryption, card payments go through Stripe’s secure checkout, and we use security tools to protect the site against attacks. Only people who need your information to complete your order can access it. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

11Children

Our website is not aimed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the UK and EU), and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site links to Etsy, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.
