These terms work together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.

02Our products

Every belt is handcrafted to order. We offer fully custom belts designed around your text, logos and ideas, and replica belts inspired by famous championship designs.

• Handmade variations: because each belt is made by hand, small differences in stone placement, leather grain and finish are normal and are part of what makes it unique.
• Colors on screen: colors in photos and mockups can look slightly different from the real belt depending on your screen.
• Display item: our belts are decorative and commemorative items. They are not sports or safety equipment.

03Fan made replicas and trademarks

Our replica belts are fan made replicas created for collectors and fans. They are not official products and are not licensed, sponsored or endorsed by any wrestling promotion, sports league, team or brand. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

04Orders and payment

• Full payment upfront: all orders are paid in full when you place them. Work on your design starts once payment is received.
• Secure checkout: card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Prices: prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Custom quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote.
• Order confirmation: an order is accepted once payment is complete and you receive our confirmation. We may decline or refund any order we cannot fulfil.

05Design approval and revisions

The mockup is a flat digital proof that confirms layout, text and logo placement. It is not an exact preview of the final metal finish, leather or color.

Please check spelling, names, dates and numbers carefully before approving. Once you approve, the design is final and we cannot be responsible for errors in an approved design. Replica belts follow an existing design, so they go straight into production without a mockup step.

06Production time

These times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, complex designs or carrier delays can add time, and we will keep you updated if anything changes. Before shipping, we send you final pictures of your finished belt.

07Shipping, customs and duties

• Worldwide delivery: we ship worldwide with tracking. You will receive your tracking number once your belt is on its way.
• Correct address: please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
• Import duties and taxes: some countries charge import duty or taxes on international parcels. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, these are paid by the customer, usually directly through the carrier.
• Damage in transit: if your belt arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video, as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

08Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before production starts.

09Returns and refunds

Because every belt is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your belt has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

10Your artwork and photos

You keep ownership of any logos, photos or artwork you send us. You give us permission to use them to design and make your belt. We may also share photos of finished belts on our website and social media to showcase our work.

11Our content

All photos, videos, text, mockups and designs created by us on this website and in our communications belong to SUNT Championship Belts. You may not copy, resell or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

13Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
